Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where a studio sample is available, two prices may be displayed for the same dress. The higher price reflects the cost of ordering a brand-new dress from the designer, while the lower price is the discounted price for purchasing our studio sample dress off-the-rack.

This allows brides to choose between ordering a new dress made specifically for them or purchasing the existing studio sample, which is available to take home immediately or have shipped shortly after purchase. As our sample dresses are unique studio samples, availability is generally limited to one dress per style, size, and colour. All sample dresses are subject to availability and may sell without notice.

If you are interested in purchasing one of our studio sample dresses, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. As our website inventory is updated manually, there may occasionally be a delay between a sample dress being sold in-store and the website being updated to reflect its availability. Reaching out first allows us to confirm that your chosen dress is still available.

All re-orders are subject to availability. In the case where your selected style, size or colour is not available, we will provide you with a refund.

Order processing times vary between designers and manufacturers. Some dresses may be in stock and ready for immediate shipment, while others are made to order and require additional production time.

As a general guide, wedding dresses should be ordered 6–9 months before your wedding date to allow sufficient time for production, shipping, and alterations. If your wedding is sooner, please don't hesitate to reach out, as rush options or alternative styles may be available.

For weddings taking place within 16 weeks, we generally recommend considering one of our off-the-rack sample dresses, which can be taken home immediately or shipped shortly after purchase.

Wedding dress sizing often differs from standard clothing sizes and can vary between designers. To ensure the best fit, we recommend comparing your measurements to the size chart provided in the product listing before placing your order. A detailed measuring guide and step-by-step instructions can be found under the Information tab on our website.

If your measurements fall between sizes, we generally recommend ordering the larger size, as it is usually easier for an alterations specialist to take a gown in than let it out.

Please note that most wedding dresses require alterations to achieve the perfect fit, regardless of the size ordered. Alterations are not included in the purchase price, are not a service provided by us, and will be an additional expense for the buyer. We recommend allowing sufficient time and budget for alterations as part of your wedding dress journey.

All orders are collected or dispatched directly from our studio.

Ready-to-ship dresses are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Made-to-order dresses are dispatched within 1–3 business days of arriving at our studio from the designer or manufacturer. Once your dress arrives, we will carefully inspect it before preparing it for shipment.

We offer shipping throughout Australia for a flat rate of AUD $55. This service includes tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery for your peace of mind. Delivery within Australia generally takes between 2–7 business days, depending on your location. If you require your dress sooner, express shipping may be arranged for an additional charge.

We also offer international shipping to most countries for a flat rate of AUD $150. International shipping includes tracking, insurance, and signature on delivery. Delivery timeframes typically range from 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority are not included in our product or shipping prices. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

To help our brides visualise our dresses, some images on this website have been created using AI-generated models. While these images closely represent the design and style of each dress, they may vary from the physical gown. Please refer to in-studio samples for exact details.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, changes to wedding plans, delayed wedding dates, or any other circumstances outside of our control. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, colour options, and delivery timeframes before placing an order.

As many of our dresses are made to order or specially sourced from designers and manufacturers, all purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.

Off-the-rack studio sample  dresses are sold as is, in its current condition. As the dress may have been tried on by brides during appointments, it may display signs of wear consistent with a sample dress. This may include, but is not limited to, minor marks, loose threads, missing beads, fabric pulls, stretched areas, zipper or button wear, or slight variations in sizing due to handling and try-ons. Any cleaning, repairs, or alterations required are the responsibility and expense of the purchaser.

Any imperfections are reflected in the reduced purchase price and are considered part of the dress's sample condition. We encourage in-person inspections prior to purchase.

All dress sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations on off-the-rack sample dresses, made-to-order dresses, special orders, or in-stock new dress purchases, whether before or after dispatch or collection, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in our returns policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the Fair Trading Act 2012. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
